The transaction will close on July 1, 2025.
This decision follows a comprehensive review of Solugenix’s long-term objectives and evolving market dynamics. By selling the ServiceNow Business Unit, Solugenix aims to sharpen its focus on its core businesses, driving innovation and market leadership while continuing to deliver exceptional value to customers. This transition brings deep US-centric expertise and experience to inMorphis, ensuring a smooth and successful integration for both employees and clients.
